Looking for the top 25 ultimate travel experiences on the planet?

Victoria and I  have worked out that between us we’ve been fortunate enough to have lived, worked, and partied in 37 different countries on this friggin’ amazing place that is planet Earth!

Some we’ve traveled to solo, some we’ve been to together and others are sitting high on our vision board right NOW. I don’t know about you, but we’ve got some BIG travel dreams this year that will include selling up all of our stuff here in Sydney to live a digital nomad life in hot steamy Asia. Yeeeew! We are PUMPED about 2016 and we’re only a week in.

Where in Asia will we end up? We’re not 100% sure. But I love that feeling. When you know you’re going to be heading off, but you’re not quite sure where. Its that moment when you know anything is possible and you have epic visions of what the future may hold.

Armed with our passport, credit card, and the freedom to pack up and go…we’ve started scrolling Instagram for some destination inspo to capture our imagination.

Iceland seems to be at the top of everyones travel wish list this year. With hot springs, waterfalls, glaciers, a booming music scene and some pretty spectacular scenery, we can totally see why it’s a red hot destination…plus it’s an EPIC location to see the Northern Lights!

The Ningaloo Coast is a world heritage site on the West Coast of Australia. This pristine area boasts some of the best diving in the world. Dolphins, dugongs, manta rays, sharks and humpback whales all call this place home as well as this gentle giant – the whale shark.

I love Italy! I still kick myself that I didn’t get to Cinque Terre the last time I was there. With legendary photo opps like this, how could you not want to go? Plus, the Italians make the best pizza in the world…what other reason do we need?!

Considered one of the most romantic getaway destinations in Greece, Santorini has it all when it comes to an ultimate travel destination. With it’s multicolored cliffs dotted with white houses overlooking deep blue seas, Santorini is one of the most picture perfect destinations on earth.

The island is also in close proximity to a massive crater left by one of the biggest volcanic eruptions in history. Wowser.

  • #10 Witness Killer Whales Hunt Seals at Peninsula Valdes | Argentina

Peninsula Valdes is the only place in the world where the killer whales come right up to the shore line to grab resting seals from the sand. You have to admit, it would be a pretty surreal experience to witness this in real life? If you’re game, head to Argentina in early March through to April.

If you’re there between June to December you can see the southern right whales. I’ve been, and if you want to see whales this is THE place to go.

I mean seriously, how cute are orangutans! We are busting to see these guys in their natural habitat in Borneo. They’ve had a rough time with all the forest fires in Indonesia so to see them happy and thriving in their home would be an amazing experience.

Did you know orangutans that we have 97% of our DNA in common with us human beings?!

  • #16 Go Snowboarding at Jackson Hole | USA

I’ve snowboarded around the world and Jackson Hole is at the very top of my list for winter destinations…I just haven’t managed to hit this place up yet. The area gets a truckload of snow each year and is one of the best places in the USA for easy access to some major back country freshies! There’s also a huge wildlife population out here too, oh hey there Mr. Moose!

Las Vegas is THE place to spend Labor Day Weekend in the USA. We’ve done it and WOW. It was completely crazy and totally awesome. We saw David Guetta play at the Wynn Encore Beach Club. Think pool party on a major scale!

Check which DJs will be playing in advance, book your cabana and you’re pimpin’ hotel suite and you’re good to go!

When it comes to spotting wildlife, seeing Polar Bears in person is up there on our top close encounter wish list. With climate change in full force, the population of these incredible animals is on the decline. There are actually two places that we are aiming to see these guys, both Norway and Alaska!
